What does this look like from start to finish?
First, we’ll hop on a quick call, video or just voice, whatever feels right, to talk through what you’re looking for. From there I’ll put together a simple contract with a deposit and final price.

Once we’re set, we’ll meet up and I’ll do what I do best: capture you at your best. After the session, I’ll head home for some light editing, then send you a private, password-protected gallery where you can download your new high-quality JPGs.
Can I bring someone along?
Of course. If having a friend, partner, or family member there makes you more comfortable, bring them along. Just keep in mind they shouldn’t distract from our time together.

Do you retouch or edit heavily?
Nope. I believe in digital honesty. I’ll clean up a blemish here or there, but no slimming, no reshaping, no airbrushed perfection. My goal is to keep you looking like you.

When will I get my photos?
Usually within 10 business days, often sooner. If it looks like it will take longer, I’ll let you know before we even start.
Will my photos be shared publicly?
That’s totally up to you! My default is to keep your images private, but I do offer a discount if you allow me to use our images for further self-promotion.

How do I get my photos?
You’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery. From there you can view and download your high-resolution JPGs for up to thirty days.
How many photos will I receive?
It depends! For a rough idea, check out the pricing page for an average count of images received per style shoot.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, let me know as soon as you can and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us. For cancellations, deposits are refundable up to 15 days before the scheduled shoot. If a cancellation is made within 14 days, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

What if it rains?
If we’re shooting outdoors and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can either move indoors or reschedule for a better day.

Do you travel?
Mostly I work in and around Richmond, but I’m open to traveling for the right project. If you’re interested, reach out and we can talk details.
