Privacy
A quick note on your privacy
I collect only what I need to do my job: your name, contact info, and basic details when you reach out, book a session, or use this site. I don't sell it. I don't share it except with the tools I use to run my business (things like scheduling, hosting, and payment processing), and those providers are bound by their own privacy practices.

When you visit the site, some data is collected automatically (things like your browser type and which pages you viewed.) That's standard stuff used to understand how the site is performing, not to build a profile on you.
You can ask to see what I have, correct it, or request it be deleted. If I've sent you marketing emails, there's always an unsubscribe link, or you can just reach out directly.

The full policy is below, covering California and EU rights in detail too, if that applies to you. Questions? Email me at privacy@capturesbybrian.com.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send confirmations or receipts; respond to comments, questions, and support requests; communicate with you about new content, products, or features (you may opt out anytime); monitor trends and usage for analytics; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security issues; protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and others; comply with legal or regulatory requirements; and carry out purposes described at the time of collection.

We take steps to ensure your information is adequately protected wherever it is processed, including through trusted third-party providers such as Amazon Web Services.

Data Security
We use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your personal information, including encryption and restricted access practices. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention of Information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it unless law requires otherwise.

In the past 12 months, we have collected identifiers, commercial information, online activity data, and inferences.
